My job is to make pasta for restaurants in Rome. An egg, some flour, a rolling pin, and that's it. The best things in life are simple. The idea of organizing my own cooking classes came from the tourists who were so fascinated watching me mix eggs and flour. Their enthusiasm, smiles, and photos made me realize that the magic of pasta goes beyond just eating it. There's something truly special about making it from scratch. Inspired by their passion, I created these classes where you can discover the Italian way of eating and, most importantly, have fun learning how to make pasta by hand.
